We dispose of a newly refurbished apartment in the old town of Portoferraio, capital city of the Island, ancient fortress of the Medici of Florence and, of course, residence of Napoleon during his exhile on Elba, now lively town with a big harbor and a beautiful coast.

The apartment is at the first floor of a building that faces on Piazza del Duomo, at a few meters away from the Medicean Dock and the fortress that surrounds the town, the Napoleonic and Archeological Museums.

Ideal place for those who arrive by foot, considering the short distance from the harbour, the close bus stop, the shuttle (navetta) for the beaches and rentals you might need. The closest beaches are the Grigolo at 200 metres, the Viste at 700 metres, the Ghiaie at 1.100 metres.

The apartment has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine. At arrival there will be a welcome gift.

The guests of the apartment can eat at the Ristorante il Buchino, just a few mtr. distance, conventioned for lunch or dinner or both situations.

The apartment Castelfidardo is a four room apartment for a maximum of six people situated on the first floor is composed by kitchen, living room with sofa bed for two people, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

How to get to the apartment:

Arrived in Portoferraio with the ferry go towards the old town on your right hand side. After a hundred mtr or so you will have reached the Medicean Dock, the old harbour, follow the sea side (lungomare) till you arrive at the big Porta al Mare (ancient gate of entry into the city). Go through it and keep going for ten meters where you'll find Piazza del Duomo (parking). Take the first alley between the Church and the building beside it - the entrance of the apartment is in Via Solferino #4 (ring the bell Bellosi or Davydenko).
